About the Role
Client needs a Senior BA / Product Manager specifically for working on BRE.
Requirements
Experience: 5 to 10 years.
Primary skills will include working on -
1. Defining and configuring credit policies for various products like retails loans, business loans or agriculture loans.
2. Working on Bank Statement Analyzer / Financial Statement Analyzer / Bureau Report Analyzer
3. Designing new products related to credit policies
4. Good understanding of analytics, AI/ML used for defining credit risk scorecards.
A suitable candidate will have a some reasonable experience in any/all of the following areas -
1. Loan Origination System (LOS) / Loan Processing System(LPS) / Credit Assessment System (CAS) with a Fintech or Bank or big NBFC (ignore small NBFC experiences)
2. Specific BRE products like FICO, Experian Scorecard, etc.
3. Credit Manager / Senior Credit Manager with a Bank or big NBFC (ignore small NBFC experiences)
Experience -
1. At least 2 years on any of the 3 points mentioned above.
2. At least 4 years in banking domain in bank/NBFC/Fintech
3. At least 5 years over all.
