Requirements
Job Title – Business Analyst – Life Insurance Domain.
Location: Gurugram – Onsite – 5 days work from office.
Experience: 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in the Life Insurance domain
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Life Insurance industry to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of life insurance products, processes, and systems, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Analyze data and industry trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions
- Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs
- Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Communicate changes and benefits to stakeholders and end-users
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in life insurance
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in the Life Insurance domain
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, including term life, whole life, universal life,variable life etc.
- Experience with life insurance systems, including policy administration, claims, and billing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience with business process improvement and re-engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools
- Certification in business analysis or a related field (e.g. CBAP, CCBA)
