About the Role
Client needs a BA / Senior BA specifically having experience Agri-loans and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs).
Requirements
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Primary skill set required:
Lending domain expertise specifically in agri-lending and MFI loans
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing agri-lending landscape and microfinance in India
Understanding of Credit Underwriting process and Agri-lending / MFI Policy framework
Experience in handling responsibility associated with Priority Sector Lending would be an added advantage
Looking for someone who has:
At least 4-5 years of experience in the lending domain in any Bank/NBFC/Fintech.
Worked in Loan Origination System (LOS) / Loan Management System (LMS) Product development from ideation to launch
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders viz. Product, Engineering, QA and Sales
